*Student fee is possible for students and junior scientists who have submitted an abstract and special application form, which should be sent to the chairman of the Conference until May 31, 2024.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS:

Proforma invoice is sent automatically after your order. Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email. 

All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer or online payment have to be covered by the payee.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  •  Before 1st August 2024 - 100 % fee amount minus EUR 50,- of handling fee is refundable.
  • After 1st  August 2024 - payment is non-refundable.
